When he thinks he's being funny with his disingenuous slur (think how ben stiller always talked in zoolander. It wasn't a problem in hard mode since I didn't have to concentrate, but my focus breaks on expert.
The expert song I'm stuck on is the tenacious d one. The mosh is the one getting to me and I'm not sure if I should be doing pull offs or slides (slides make it look like im jerking my guitar off but it seems to have the better timing).
Thanks for the tips, but I was talking about hard mode. Have fun choring through Devil Went Down to Georgia to Buy Some Prada Boots. Now you've jumped out of the frying pan and into the fire. Once you beat Raining Blood, congratulations. I mean, if you got through the solo bits in One, there's no excuse for handling things past the mosh. Once get past that mosh sequence, you should have no problem with the rest. If you can get the hammer-on timings right, you'll set yourself with the skills to pass that part, which imo, is the hardest part of that song. What I ended up doing is practice that note sequence (because it's etched in memory now) while the game's loading a song. Although I hate practicing, this was one of those times I forced myself to do so. How much of it depends on how well you play it.

You can't survive on star power alone, so you have to learn how to play some of it. You need to enter that mosh sequence with your rock meter full and engage star power only when you are about to fail. It brought back nightmares of those full runs in Jordan or Solo J in Freebird. Getting past the mosh sequence of Raining Blood was a miracle for me.
